2. Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics: Data centers are the foundation for AI applications and data analytics that can process enormous amounts of data.
3. Cloud service providers: Cloud computing services use data centers to expand their capacity and improve their services.
4. Energy suppliers: The high energy demands of data centers are leading to investments in renewable energy and innovative energy supply solutions.
5. Sustainability technologies: The need for efficient cooling technologies and sustainable energy sources is growing, leading to innovations in these areas
6. Education and research: Universities and research institutions use data centers for scientific computing and data analysis.



The following infrastructure is already available on our premises:


  • paved country road from Mariental to Maltahöhe "C19"
  • Data line (fiber optic) runs parallel to the road (property of Telecom Namibia)
  • Power line 33 KV also runs parallel to the road and can be expanded
  • Renewable energy will be generated on-site for a data center (24/7) at an attractive electricity rate. (Please inquire.) Initially, up to 40 MW will be generated. Power supply is possible starting in July 2027.
